Return & Exchange

We promise:

If you receive the defective items, of course you can send it back for an exchange or refund. But you should provide a digital image of the defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team. Under this circumstance, you don’t need to pay the return shipping cost, of course.

We also promise:

Even when there is nothing wrong with the product, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days after ordering, but you must cover the return shipping fee. Also, items that have been used are not returnable.
To help us keep our promise – we ask you to do a couple of things...

1. Don’t make a large order until you have made some kind of test!
If you are not sure about the sizes, colors, etc. – submit a test order before making the big purchase!

2. Check your order’s e-mail confirmation immediately!
If there is something wrong with the order, follow the link in the order confirmation e-mail and cancel the order immediately. Or you can directly contact our service support team to help you.

3. Order as soon as possible if you want your order arrived before a specific date.
We are fast, but we cannot 100% guarantee that your order will arrive at your door the very next day. Sometimes there can be delays due to the stock issues or the logistics problem, and we have no impact on the actual delivery time. We cannot accept a watch being a day late for your mother’s birthday as a reason for return.
